You don't need to overstimulate your baby. 🤍

Newborns don't need flashcards, books, or the TV on. They need your face. Your voice. Your calm. That's it. Less stimulation = less fussing. You're not failing your baby by doing less. You're actually helping them.

This matters more than milestones 🤍

It’s not about perfect timing.
It’s about connection, movement, and progress over time.

Most babies are doing exactly what they should be doing 🫶

You don’t need the perfect plan to get outside with your baby 🌿

Fresh air, a short walk, a few minutes in the sun —
It all supports your baby’s sleep, mood, and development ☀️

Is your child struggling to go to the bathroom? Here's what actually helps. 💙

🥦 More fiber — pears, prunes, berries, oats
💧 Water throughout the day
🚶 Keep them moving

Most kids get better with simple changes at home.

If there's blood in the stool, no movement for 5+ days, or you're just not sure — we're here for you.

Follow for calm, clear answers from a pediatrician who actually gets it. 💙

This helps more than you think 🤍

If your child refuses to p**p on the potty,
it’s usually not behavior — it’s positioning.

Try this: have them sit backwards on the toilet.
It helps their body relax and makes it easier to go.

Small change. Big difference.

Potty training doesn’t have to be a battle.

All from home. Because parenting is busy enough already. 💙

Every baby develops a little differently. 👶✨ Pediatricians aren’t looking for perfect timelines — we’re looking for patterns over time.

Focus on the big picture, not a single milestone. 🤍

Newborn fussier in the evening? 🌙👶
You’re not doing anything wrong.

Many babies experience the “witching hour.”
By the end of the day, they’re simply overstimulated and tired.

Keep evenings calm, feed a bit more often, and hold baby close. 🤍

Save this for those long evenings.

Spit-up can look scary… but most of the time, baby reflux is completely normal.

Many babies are actually “happy spitters” — feeding well, gaining weight, and growing just fine.

Small adjustments can make a big difference:
✔️ Smaller, more frequent feeds
✔️ Burp breaks during feeds
✔️ Keeping baby upright after feeding

And remember — if something doesn’t feel right, it’s always okay to reach out. We’re here to help. 💙

Not every “cold” after a flight is actually a cold. ✈️👃

Dry cabin air, pressure changes, and low humidity can make your nose feel congested or your throat scratchy after flying — even if you’re not sick.

If it goes away in a day or two, it’s likely just an airplane cold.
If symptoms keep getting worse, it may be a real virus.

Stay hydrated, rest well, and travel smart this spring. 💙
