Menopause is such a hot topic right now. Menopause is not new. Women have been suffering symptoms for a very long time. What is new is that women have the freedom to talk about it more freely.

The are unreal, is not the only dryness we suffer. Skin dryness, eyes, itchy ears, hot sweaty, then cold sleepless nights, and more. Baby let y’all know on View ain’t no carrying in when you have a hot flash 😂 the only thing on your mind is how many clothes you have on, how to get them off, how to cool off 🤣 that internal heater is NOT COOL…pun intended.

This is a tincture I make to help with hot flashes. It’s as simple as it looks. I added approximately 2 cups of dried herbs to a 32 oz mason jar (the wet herbs will swell) and covered with your alcohol of choice. We usually use Everclear. Brown liquors usually include other ingredients. But it’s your choice.

I did one mix with Everclear and another with Kracken (I ran out and had to go get another bottle). Anywho, cover herbs with alcohol, cover jar with a piece of parchment paper, and store in a dark cardboard for about 2 weeks or more. Take out every couple days and shake. When done you can strain the herbs or leave in jar.

Add a few drops to your beverage of choice 2-3 times a day.
