💥 Massage Guns: What’s the hype? 💥

A massage gun is a handheld recovery tool that uses rapid, targeted pulses to help relax tight muscles and improve blood flow. At BASE Physical Therapy, we use them to help reduce muscle soreness, increase mobility, and speed up recovery, whether you’re an athlete or just dealing with everyday aches and pains.

As we welcome a new year, we want to share that BASE Physical Therapy will be closed on Thursday, January 1, so our team can celebrate and spend time with loved ones.

We are incredibly thankful for our amazing patients and referring providers who made 2025 such a meaningful and successful year. Your trust, support, and partnership allow us to do what we love every day. 💙

The holiday season is here, and all of us at BASE Physical Therapy want to send a heartfelt thank you to our amazing patients for trusting us with your care this year. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you! ❤️🎁

To allow our team time to celebrate, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with loved ones, our clinic will be closed December 23, December 24, and January 1. We will resume normal business hours on all other days.
