Patients First provides urgent care, occ health, and primary care services. Open 7 days a week. All our centers try to live up to our motto, “Get in. Get out.

Patients First was founded in 1989 to provide urgent care services as a convenient, caring, and affordable alternative to the emergency room. With 9 walk-in clinics, we are open extended hours and weekends, nearly every day of the year. We are the leading medical center network in the Tallahassee area with more centers opening soon. Get better.”

Our experienced providers and staff can handle most non-life threatening, non-medical emergencies, with lab and digital x-ray capabilities onsite. Additionally, Patients First uses the leading electronic medical records (EMR) system in the urgent care industry today. Our urgent care services include treatment of minor illness, injury, flu, COVID-19 testing and treatment, minor surgical procedures, stitches & broken bones, IV fluids, and physicals. Our employer or occupational health services include worker compensation injuries, physicals (pre-employment, annual, and DOT), breath alcohol testing, and drug screens of all types.
