Join us next First Friday, March 6th, at Railroad Square for an Ecstatic Dance event! Ecstatic Dance is a community driven dancing experience where communicty members gather to move without talking or judgement. Sound healers might play their bowls and gongs and electronic music will be playing over the sound system. Opening circle starts at 7pm to check in, stretch, play contact improv, then begin after reminding members of guidelines for Ecstatic Dance.

She’s back for ANOTHER Juggle & Flow: Find your Flow class for ALL AGES March 7th @ 1:30 pm
Madison will teach us to juggle starting with scarves, then balls, then we will learn some hola hoop tricks and how to play with poi! At the end of our one hour session we will have a flow party where you can pick your flow and play!
Madison is in the Tally Juggle & Flow crew and is great at teaching both kids and adults. 🥰 We are looking forward to our next sesh!!
