Our Shoeboxes for Senior Citizens was a HUGE success! Thank you to this amazing community! We wrapped and delivered 56 shoeboxes to local senior centers along with a box of goodies to another local senior center and our House of Love and Mercy! A special THANK YOU to ALL who donated! Also like to thank ALL our Volunteers that helped package and wrap. Merry Christmas 🎄🙌

Amy Baker Jeter has been an integral part of the Community Home Health and Hospice Team for the majority of her career. Amy will continue to be a part of our team in a part-time role, but she is retiring from full time hospice work. Thank you, Amy, for your tireless work and dedication to serving our patients in Elmore, Macon and Tallapoosa counties! May the years ahead be filled with family and new adventures.
