Question:
"How do I get someone to change without ruining my relationship?"

Answer:
You cannot force someone to change but you can influence them.
The mistake most people make is trying to fix others before they have worked on themselves.
When you change your own mindset, habits, and energy, the people around you notice.
You stop leading with frustration and start leading by example.
That is when influence becomes effortless and relationships begin to shift.

Start here:

1. Identify one behavior in yourself you would want them to change in themselves.

2. Work on it consistently.

3. Let them witness the change without you pointing it out.

The fastest way to inspire change in others is to become the proof it is possible.
