Healing happens in community.
Sometimes prevention looks like ceremony. Sometimes it looks like laughter. And sometimes it’s simply asking, “How are you really doing?”
Checking in with our relatives can save lives. A small act of care can make someone feel seen and valued.
If someone shares they’re struggling:
• Listen without judgment
• Take their feelings seriously
• Help connect them to trusted elders, counselors, or tribal health services
We have always taken care of one another. That tradition continues today.
