Day 2 at the 10th Perinatal Maternal Mental Health Conference, continuing the momentum from an incredible Day 1! What an amazing day. I was truly honored to present From Womb to World, bringing awareness to the power of early connections and how they can disrupt negative outcomes for both moms and babies. These conversations matter, and the collective commitment in the room was inspiring.

It was wonderful to see Broward Healthy Start, along with Sam and Nichole, showcasing their impactful peer support model, an approach that truly centers families and community.
A highlight of the day was witnessing Dr. Kay Roussos-Ross receive the 2026 Excellence in Perinatal Mental Health Care Award, so well deserved. We also celebrated Dr. Heather Flynn for her 10-year commitment to advancing perinatal mental health work across Florida. Grateful to be among so many dedicated leaders, advocates, and change-makers. What a day. πŸ’œ
