Some days our team spends hours on the phone consulting with our current and potential clients, and some days we spend hours doing what we can to help this process be as affordable as possible! One of our team members, Sami, was a huge help for one of our clients, doing the final clean out before closing on a condo we helped sell in Sarasota. We aim to bring in the right resources, but some times our clients budgets are so very tight, and in order to help them make the very most of their proceeds, we roll our sleeves up and do what we can!

Next week, one of our Co-Founders, Cat Roderick, will be instructing a 4-hour Course in Winter Haven, FL. This Course is in collaboration with Marcy MacPherson, owner of Still Alive Inside: and founder of DementiAbility.

The course will be held at Spring Haven Retirement on Saturday, January 10th from 9a-12p. A light breakfast will be provided to participants as well.

The focus will be for those that are either the primary caregiver for a loved one with Dementia at home, or those simply looking to have more meaningful interactions with a family member/friend with Dementia. We will also discuss advocacy as well as how to utilize your local resources in the Polk County area.

We are limiting this to 10 participants only, so be sure to pay the fee to secure your spot!

We are eager to help folks understand how to interact with someone living with Dementia, not just Alzheimer's Disease.

Calendars are available for $30 each, with all proceeds benefiting DementiAbility. The funds raised directly support education, training, and enhanced resources for those caring for someone living with cognitive changes—helping families, caregivers, and communities provide care rooted in dignity, understanding, and connection.

This project stands as a reminder that our seniors are not defined by age or diagnosis, but by the lives they’ve lived and the value they continue to bring to our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this meaningful initiative possible.
