We were awfully busy yesterday! First to Sarasota to visit with DJ! And then down to North Port with our trusted colleague, Julie to help our clients move forward with selling their home! Next stop, a new lifestyle! Ms Betty and Mr Phil can’t wait to start socializing! By utilizing our option for interest-free advanced funds, we will
be able to get them into a community just a soon as they choose one that fits their lifestyle and budget! They will not have to wait until the home sells, instead they can go ahead and move while we take care of the rest!

This past week our Co-Founder, Cat, spent the day at Lake Howard Heights in Winter Haven, FL training a group of industry professionals applying to obtain their Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credentials. As a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Curriculum Trainer (CADDCT) she employees her passion for helping individuals understand the best practices for successful engagement with those experiencing a Dementia diagnosis and other cognitive impairment. Working alongside our revered partner, Marcy MacPherson—founder or Still Alive Inside: Dementia Supports and Opportunities—the two are able to create an incredibly interactive experience throughout the day that will leave attendees impacted and more importantly, will lead to the soon to be CDPs influencing better outcomes and quality of life, focusing on a person-centered care approach.

We are aiming to be your resource here at Tranquil Transition Partners in a very meaningful way, and it all stems from the desire to maintain and influence better care practices for the generation we are privileged to serve. We also want to empower our industry leaders to continue to seek out enhancing knowledge and skills.
