Our Story
Established in 1997, Abby’s Health and Nutrition was founded by Abby Sayler with the purpose of providing the community a place that people can come and receive advice on health and nutrition.
Twenty years later, Abby’s is the leader in organic and Non-GMO foods and supplements and is proud to support local vendors and farmers.
Café Eden is located inside Abby’s and offers a variety of organic, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian foods prepared fresh daily. Café Eden serves organic smoothies and juices, has a fresh salad and soup bar, as well as a hot bar with new dishes daily.
In 2014, Abby’s Organic Community Farm was founded in Lutz as a non-profit organization with the main purpose being to educate our community on organic farming. The farm is also a place for community members to grow their own organic fruits and vegetables.
