Sometimes it's not pain that holds you back. It's just something that feels... off.
For out client it was overhead mobility and losing balance in the catch. The sn**ch wasn't where he wanted it.
Dr. Nick assessed his movement, prescribed targeted overhead mobility work, and a few days later he hit 65 kilos overhead with ease.
