Jada brings five seasons of NFL experience, Pro Bowl representation, and head coaching expertise straight to our floor. And she created Sideline Cardio so women everywhere can train like pros and live out (or relive) their sideline dreams.

One tiny showcase at the end where your dancer walks out glowing. ✨

Our Youth Dance Session is officially kicking off and we still have a few spots left!

🩰 Ages 7–11 (Jazz + Hip Hop Foundations) Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
💃 Ages 4–6 (Creative Movement + Beginner Technique) Fridays 4-4:45pm

In class your dancer will:
• Learn strong dance foundations
• Build confidence week by week
• Practice across-the-floor skills
• Learn fun combos that grow each class
• Play movement-based games
• Prepare for a sweet in-studio showcase on the final day

We keep our classes small on purpose so every dancer is seen, encouraged, and challenged in the best way.

If your child has been dancing in the living room… this is their sign. 💫
