“Coffee causes heart problems!”
☕ Not exactly… but a “safe” amount isn’t the same for everyone.

Moderate caffeine use is generally well-tolerated, even for some people with heart conditions. Sure, your heart rate might jump a little, and your blood pressure might spike temporarily, but in healthy individuals, it rarely causes dangerous arrhythmias. In fact, some studies suggest regular coffee may even lower the risk of certain heart issues.
