The Hive still needs one or two worker bees to help make Saturday’s race a success!

Are you the worker bee we’ve been waiting for?

📍 Location: 2401 E. Yukon St., Tampa
⏰ Registration begins: 7:00 AM
We need an extra volunteer too:
• Greet runners
• Pass out water
• Assist near restrooms
• Direct runners along the route
• Serve as cheerleaders and encourage participants along the course

Your support will help create an inclusive, welcoming, and energetic experience for all of our runners!

Hi, my name is Kristy Walker. I’m a Tampa native, proud wife, and mom of two. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for many years, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, fishing, boating, and getting lost in a good book.

Community means everything to me, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels valued and included.
I’m honored to serve as the Volunteer Coordinator for The Hive Inclusive Community, and I look forward to helping grow a strong, supportive network of volunteers who will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
