From World Health Organization (WHO): Yes, those with COVID-19 can breastfeed if they wish to do so. They should:
- Wear a mask during feed, where available
- Wash hands before and after touching the baby
- Routinely clean and disinfect surfaces they have touched

Pumping?
Did you know that improper fl**ge size can cause low milk supply? The fl**ge is the funnel-shaped part of your pumping kit that you hold right up to your breast. It should be small enough that it does not pull in ar**la but, large enough that your ni***es are not rubbing. Either too large or too small, both can lead to poor milk removal which, in turn, results in low milk supply. Check out the post below to figure out what size you should be using.
