After 6–8 weeks of infusing a full gallon of apple cider vinegar with garlic, onions, ginger, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, cloves, lemon, and orange, I strained it and added honey to finish. Sweet, spicy, tangy, and warming! 🌶🍯
