Sometimes our brain acts like a monkey , jumping all over the place. That is just our brain trying to keep us safe, but sometimes it makes us feel more worried , mad, or wiggly.
We are learning how to create aware, calm this part of our brain. Also learning that this happens to EVERYONE. This way there is no shame. Being in the midst of our friends . Learning compassion for ourselves, and others. please like 👍 & share
