Practicing gratitude can be a powerful tool that allows you to change your perspective on things and focus on the positive things in your life. We challenge you to take the time this month to pause and acknowledge one small thing you are thankful for each day, bonus points for writing them down to look back on your hard days. 😉
Some things we are grateful for are slow weekend mornings, the stars that light up the night sky, evening walks, spontaneous kitchen dance parties, the ability to see another sunrise, wildflowers growing, phone calls with friends, our beautiful chaotic family, and all of you! 🩵
