If your head drifts forward when you’re on your phone, working at a desk, or scrolling before bed… that “tech neck” adds up to 60 lbs of pressure on your spine.
Here are 2 exercises we use in-studio to improve posture, reduce tension, and retrain those deep neck stabilizers:

1️⃣ Wall Chin Tuck w/ Band
• Strengthens weak postural muscles
• Teaches your head to sit back where it belongs

2️⃣ Band Pull-Down + Reset
• Opens the chest
• Reduces upper-trap overuse
• Improves neck alignment

✨ Do 10–12 reps each, daily. Your neck will thank you.

Shin splints every time you walk, run, or train? Try THESE 2 exercises 👇💚

If you feel that sharp, burning pain along the front of your lower leg, your shins are overworking and begging for support. Instead of just “pushing through it,” start training the muscles that protect your shins.

Here are 2 simple exercises you can do anywhere:

1️⃣ Wall Tibialis Raise
Lean your back flat against a wall, walk your feet out a bit, and lift your toes up toward your nose. Control the way down. This strengthens the front of your lower leg and helps absorb impact.

2️⃣ Seated Weighted Dorsiflexion
Sit on a table or bench with your ankle and foot hanging off. Place a small weight on top of your foot, then slowly flex and point your foot. This targets the tibialis and builds the strength your shins need.

Start with 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps and see how your shins feel over the next few weeks.
