Through our partnership with Sword Health, Mission Health is helping support the expansion of innovative, AI-powered care for our team members.

Sword’s technology now includes Phoenix, an AI Care Specialist that works alongside clinical experts to provide a more connected care experience. Members can engage in multiple care programs at once, while support adapts as health needs change—all through one continuous care journey.

By combining insights from medical history, wearable devices, and activity patterns, this technology helps deliver personalized care that evolves in real time.

This service is available at no cost for Mission Health employees who are enrolled in a Mission Health medical insurance plan.
