Helping patients get back to living their lives is why I love what I do 💛

This patient came to me after a motor vehicle accident with significant limitations. We’re working on improving his left upper extremity range of motion with an elbow ROM orthosis, resting hand splint, and Botox injections to support function and reduce tone.

We also introduced a carbon AFO to address foot drop, helping improve gait, stability, and prevent tripping during walking.

Every step forward is a step in the right direction.

New leg, new chapter 💛

Our friend Laura just received her new prosthetic last week with the help of our prosthetist Dylan in Panama City, and she’s already stepping forward with confidence.

She travels over an hour to trust us with her care, and moments like these remind us why we do what we do. It’s more than a prosthetic, it’s freedom and getting back to the life you love!!

Koalaa creates fabric prosthetic arm sockets with interchangeable attachments, making them super versatile and accessible. We even had some fun testing EMG activity to see if a bionic hand could be operated 👀

This custom leather glove was designed for surgically reattached fingers, giving our patient the protection and function they need for everyday life. After visiting 3 other places with no solution, he came to us, and we found a way.
