Our sessions last 30 minutes we offer one on one sessions and small group training's. Our service utilizes a six part total fitness plan that includes: weight training, cardio, nutrition, hands on stretching, lifestyle modifications and health/fitness education. Why PRIME Body Studios , because fitness and good nutrition truly change and improve the lives of both men and women everyday and for a

lifetime. Too many people are burdened with obesity, overweight, muscle tightness and weakness, breathlessness, tiredness, poor sleep, and other preventable health issues that can be prevented and reversed. Prime Body Coaches are made up of a group of very dedicated Certified Personal Trainers, Dance Instructors, and College athletes with a variety of certifications, degrees, experiences, passions and specialties, as well as a Sports Nutritionist and a close network of Registered Dietitians.

This isn’t your average yoga class.
At Prime Body Studios, we built this specifically for our strength training & powerlifting members—because we know lifting.

Most programs are sagittal plane dominant
👉 up/down, forward/back
That builds strength…
but it leaves gaps.

This class is programmed to complement your lifting by adding:
✅️Mobility (open tight hips + shoulders)
