Our sessions last 30 minutes we offer one on one sessions and small group training's. Our service utilizes a six part total fitness plan that includes: weight training, cardio, nutrition, hands on stretching, lifestyle modifications and health/fitness education. Why PRIME Body Studios , because fitness and good nutrition truly change and improve the lives of both men and women everyday and for a lifetime. Too many people are burdened with obesity, overweight, muscle tightness and weakness, breathlessness, tiredness, poor sleep, and other preventable health issues that can be prevented and reversed. Prime Body Coaches are made up of a group of very dedicated Certified Personal Trainers, Dance Instructors, and College athletes with a variety of certifications, degrees, experiences, passions and specialties, as well as a Sports Nutritionist and a close network of Registered Dietitians.

Focusing on burning calories instead of building muscle.

We build muscle. That’s what we do — through strength training, structured programming, and nutrition that supports performance.

Cardio classes, bootcamps, Pilates, yoga, and boxing all have their place in fitness.

But when the goal is building muscle, supporting metabolism, and staying strong as you age, nothing is more effective than progressive strength training.

As women get older, the body naturally begins to lose muscle — a process known as Sarcopenia.

This loss, which can begin as early as your 30s and accelerate after menopause, contributes to:
