Prime Body Studios specializes in designing life change programs. Our sessions last 30 minutes we offer one on one sessions and small group training's. Our service utilizes a six part total fitness plan that includes: weight training, cardio, nutrition, hands on stretching, lifestyle modifications and health/fitness education. Why PRIME Body Studios , because fitness and good nutrition truly change and improve the lives of both men and women everyday and for a lifetime. Too many people are burdened with obesity, overweight, muscle tightness and weakness, breathlessness, tiredness, poor sleep, and other preventable health issues that can be prevented and reversed. Prime Body Coaches are made up of a group of very dedicated Certified Personal Trainers, Dance Instructors, and College athletes with a variety of certifications, degrees, experiences, passions and specialties, as well as a Sports Nutritionist and a close network of Registered Dietitians.

"What happens at the studio STAYS at the studio"-- well except this ONE because its too good to keep to ourselves!

What started as a focused personal training session quickly turned into pure laughter—and honestly, we loved every second of it. 😂💪

Coach Faith was demonstrating a movement, breaking down the proper mechanics, explaining which muscles should be firing for maximum effectiveness, and showing exactly how to perform it correctly. To make the point clear, she took off her sweatshirt so her client could see the muscle engagement in real time.

That’s when her client burst out laughing and said:
👉 “I feel like I’m in a striptease!”

Cue nonstop giggles, relaxed energy, and a workout that felt lighter—but didn’t lose its purpose.
And this is the reminder we love sharing:
Self-care doesn’t always have to be serious.
