The OG is Dark Wave Yoga, one of our fun & unique yoga classes, set to dark and melancholy sounds of new wave, post-punk, gothic, industrial, alt rock music, cult TV and films. Everyone is welcome. Be prepared to rock the body & mind. DWY can be challenging to newer students, but accessible and really fun! Come and enjoy the ride and become a Lucky Cat & Darkwaver all in one night!
We believe Vinyasa is the most adaptable type of yoga, and all our vinyasa classes are designed to guide our students towards accessing new ways of feeling, breathing and moving.

200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
January -October 2026
In 10 months you will become a certified Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher of All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher who will be able to register with Yoga Alliance. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.
January-October 2026
(NO FULL DAY IMMERSIONS!)
Weekly Schedule:
Saturday 12:15-4:15
+plus 1-2 hours of a virtual component.

You can miss up to 3 Saturday lectures, before you have to pay to make up the missed sessions.

1-2 practice per week for 10 months with Eric and Erin

Space is limited to 15 students.

Our Yoga Teacher Training is for yoga students and teachers looking to deepen their yoga knowledge. If you are a 200hr certified teacher, this program is for you! Completing our program will give you an additional 300hr certification and add valuable tools to your teaching tool box!
Our training is Affordable!

-$500 deposit saves your spot and goes towards your final balance.
- Early kat special: $4750 if you pay in 6 months with auto debit!
-Payment plans for all incomes.
-Pay as you go and choose individual modules for $500.
