the only thing better than are protein pancakes you don’t have to make 😉

don’t know why it’s taken me so long to try the chocolate chip protein pancakes from , but now i have to make up for lost time!! 🤩

i heat mine in a pan to crisp them up a bit (but you can totally eat them right out of the fridge…they’re that good!) and then go to town with toppings👇🏻

🍌 bananas
🍓 strawberries
🥛 plain greek yogurt
🍫 milk chocolate chips
🤎 no sugar added chocolate syrup

peanut butter protein rice crispy treats 🥜✨

follow 👉🏻 and SAVE this recipe to make at home!!

a little childhood nostalgia… but with a protein-packed upgrade. these chewy peanut butter rice crispy treats bring all the classic lunchbox vibes, made with simple ingredients and !! 🤩

ingredients:
-3 cups brown rice crispies
-1/2 cup simply smooth peanut butter (dc: healthyhelper)
-1/4 cup date syrup (dc: healthyhelper)
-1/3 cup peanut butter vegan protein (dc: healthyhelper)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-pinch of salt

instructions:
-line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
-add peanut butter and date syrup to a small saucepan and warm over low heat until smooth.
-stir in protein powder, vanilla, and salt. add almond milk as needed until the mixture becomes smooth and pourable.
-remove from heat and fold in the brown rice crispies until evenly coated.
-press mixture firmly into the lined pan.
-refrigerate 30-45 minutes until set, then slice into bars.

store in the fridge for the best texture. 🥰
