🌿 THE TOP 5 GUT ISSUES HARMING MOST PEOPLE

If you’ve been dealing with bloating, brain fog, low energy, stubborn weight, or digestive drama… you’re not the only one. 🤍

So many people are handed labels like IBS, IBD, Crohn’s, colitis, SIBO, or diverticulitis. The problem? Those labels describe symptoms — not causes. And until the root cause is uncovered, nothing fully improves. Medications can help temporarily, but they rarely create real healing.

Dr. Raymond Nichols’ comparison says it all: serving Jell-O to hospital patients is like handing out tequila shots at an AA meeting. It might look harmless, but it completely misses the point of healing. 🍮🚫

Jell-O in hospitals is a perfect example of how outdated our nutrition standards still are.
Most patients are given sugar, dyes, and artificial flavors at a time when their bodies need minerals, protein, hydration, and REAL nourishment. 🍓

Hospitals are meant to support recovery, yet many still offer sugary, low-nutrient foods that do nothing for cellular repair, immune strength, or inflammation. When someone is sick, nutrition shouldn’t be optional…it should be the foundation.

Patients need:
• Amino acids for tissue repair 💪
• Electrolytes & minerals for balance ⚡
