Right-sided shoulder pain? Neck tension? Headaches that always hit the same side? 🤔
It might not be your muscles at all.

Your gallbladder plays a huge role in bile flow and digestion. When bile thickens or becomes sluggish, pressure can build around the liver and nearby nerves. That irritation can show up as pain in places that seem totally unrelated, like your right shoulder, neck, or even the right side of your head.
