Before I was a founder, I was a trainer.
Today I’m both - and I’ll forever be a student.

Education has always been at the core of what I do - not just learning for myself, but teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge that raises the standard of care in aesthetics and longevity medicine.

Growth is born from education; from staying curious, learning new techniques, and embracing the constant evolution of science and medicine. The more we learn, the more we grow - not just as providers, but as an industry.

Before BevelUp, there was dermatology.

As a board-certified PA-C, my years in dermatology trained me to do more than treat skin- it taught me to interpret it. To see the earliest signs of aging or imbalance. To understand that the skin reflects what’s happening inside the body. And to know that evidence and outcomes must always stand above trends.

That expertise became the launchpad for BevelUp and the BevelUp Method: a functional approach to aesthetics rooted in skin health, designed for longevity, and delivered with precision and artistry. It’s also what allows me to train my team, pass on those skills, and ensure our patients experience results that are as sustainable as they are transformative.

This National Skincare Awareness Month, I’m reminded that true innovation doesn’t come from forgetting where you started, it comes from building upon it.

Every month, we bring the entire team together for a company-wide meeting. I always open with a ‘mindful moment,’ an exercise designed to build awareness and make us better, individually and collectively.

This month, we talked about failure. Each person shared a moment where they fell short and more importantly, how they turned it into growth.

Because failure isn’t the opposite of success. It’s the teacher that shapes it. When we ignore our failures, we stay stagnant. When we recognize them, we rise.
