We specialize in conducting phase 1-4 clinical research trials. E.M.&.C.R, is dedicated on improving all patients function of life. We work with cutting edge pharmaceutical companies to provide new treatments, and new medications for preventing and treating a variety of medical conditions that exist today. E.M.&.C.R, conducts clinical trials at no cost to the patient. The treatment plan, and medications are totally free. With board certified physicians, and a great friendly experienced staff, all patients can be assured to receive high quality patient care.
