Closing out 2025 with so much gratitude.

As I reflect and wrap up the year with my regular clients, I am overwhelmed by the shifts.

Energy is everything. Tapping into the laws of the universe to consciously create our reality grants us access to our hearts desires.

Like math, energy doesn’t lie. It just is. In healing sessions, we set intentions to manifest. Along the way, we find limiting beliefs, perceived obstacles and stuff that isn’t necessarily ours.

Becoming aware of this so you can really HEAR and FEEL your intuition without that noise helps us bring our hearts desires and visions to life.

I am here to hold space for you, affirm you and empower you.

It has been such a joy to see shedding of old beliefs and big moves taken to overcome.

The data shows DB grew 200% this year and that is just a reminder to me that the world is ready.

We are ready to tap into our highest form of intelligence-our intuition to purposefully and joyfully live.

So…
Congratulations to all my clients who were consistent and dedicated to self love.

It’s the first day of fall!!! Which does not mean much for me, living in Florida climate wise… BUT I do love some foliage and the excitement of the last few months of the year.

What a year it has been!

The words “Simple, Ample, and Grounded” came to me today. That’s the feeling I intend to create this season.

Focusing on what feeling I want to create in manifestation has been a game changer. I’m not as attached to how it looks or what it has to be… what matters is how I feel.
Not the HOW.
Not the OUTCOME.

And life has been pleasantly surprising me lately!

So, what feelings and vibes do you want to create?

Take a moment to reflect and have faith in your desires unfolding.

✨Eclipse Affirmations✨

Shared these last night at Third Friday Reiki & Restore .

We had such an amazing group and the energy was phenomenal!

This season, the energy supports us turning the page.

We said these together before the Reiki and at the end of class.

The first time we said it, we all noticed what lit up in our bodies. Tension? Tightness? A feeling of the affirmation not being true?

Then, we brought that obstacle to light to invite healing energy into it.

After the Restorative sequence, we said it again and the energy settled into each of us more.

Worthiness is a common obstacle to manifestation. Embodiment is the key to manifestation.

That simple shift in our attention takes power away from feeling unworthy and allows us to drop into our bodies-into alignment.
