As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Exercising gets 100x harder when you don’t have a support network to help hold you accountable and stay motivated, especially when you’re just starting out into a new routine.

If you can’t find someone in your immediate proximity who is willing to support your workout goals (or better yet, do them with you!), turn to the internet! There are hundreds of forums, pages, and groups filled with people who are looking for motivation just like you. If you prefer in-person support, check out group exercise programs at your local gym or join a fitness group in your community.
