All of us at NPI are conscientious of the concerns regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to staying open to treat our patients during this time. Within our offices, we are continuing to practice universal precautions.

We are sanitizing exposed surfaces such as door handles, chairs, counters, etc. multiple times daily. In addition, we have hand sanitizer available throughout our office. Please rest assured you are in good hands.

We are recommending telehealth or video appointments whenever possible. There is no need for you to cancel your regularly scheduled appointment. However, for ALL in office appointments, we are requiring use of a mask (or appropriate face covering), in order to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.

If you are scheduled for an in-office appointment, please have your appointment rescheduled by video if you have any of the following symptoms:

• If you have been around someone with coronavirus
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fever
• Chills
• Repeated shaking with chills
• Muscle pain
• Headache
• Sore throat
• New loss of taste or smell
