Last Sunday was Grandparents Day, and I want to honor the incredible legacy that shaped my journey in chiropractic.

My grandparents, Dr. Irene (a proud Palmer graduate) and my grandfather Macy, built a respected wellness clinic in Alpha, Illinois. She was a compassionate and trusted chiropractor, and he was a talented massage therapist. Together, they created a place of healing for their community.

After them, my uncle, Dr. Gaylor Nelson, and then my mom, Dr. Glenda Foy, carried on their work. And now, as a third-generation chiropractor and Palmer graduate, I am proud to continue this family tradition at Active Family Chiropractic in Tampa, Florida, where we remain dedicated to helping patients achieve better health and wellness.
