Carlos Medina is a Dispatch Supervisor at ProCare and has been with the company since October 2016. Carlos is responsible for the supervision, coaching and development of team members to improve efficiency and productivity. He also conducts quarterly and annual performance reviews to help team members identify areas needing improvement and encourage them to build upon their strengths. We are fortunate to have Carlos on our team!
