Recovery for a breast augmentation happens in phases.

⏰The first 24 hours you're definitely going to need some help. Take your pain meds as prescribed and arrange to make sure you have comfortable accommodations set up at home.

🗓️Days 2-10 you need to take it easy. Light movement is fine, but no heavy lifting or strenuous activity.

✨Between 1 and 4 weeks you should be starting to feel better. Most people return to work during this time, depending on their job.
