Celebrating Excellence in PA Education! 🧡✨

Join us in congratulating Allison Justice, PA-C, our Northwest Regional Director, on being named the Outstanding Junior Faculty Educator by the FSU College of Medicine Faculty Council!

Presented by Dr. Stephen Quintero, Medical Director of the FSU School of PA Practice, this award recognizes Allison’s exceptional commitment to PA education and student success.

• Allison course-directs two major PA program classes and continuously elevates her teaching using student feedback and innovative methods.
• Her leadership extends beyond the classroom—advancing the PA profession through organizational involvement, legislative advocacy, and mentorship.
• She actively guest lectures across the curriculum to support well-rounded PA training.
• She serves students in multiple roles, including:
– HOME Street Medicine faculty advisor
– FSU Pre-PA Society faculty advisor
– FSU PA Recruitment Committee member
• And perhaps the clearest sign of her impact: the many hugs she receives at white coat ceremonies. 🤍

Allison’s dedication to teaching, advocacy, and mentorship reflects the very best of our profession. We are incredibly proud to celebrate her and this well-earned recognition. 🧡✨
