Tendonitis means inflammation of the tendon. So in this case, itβs inflammation in the biceps πͺπΌ muscle tendon.β£

If youβve ever had it, you can probably pin-point a specific spot right in the front of your throwing shoulder π«β£

Itβs mostly painful or you have discomfort..β£

βοΈ Right after release point when youβre throwing overhandβ£
βοΈ Your follow through when pitching, especially a pitch with higher speeds like your fastball or rise ballβ£

My first piece of advice would be to work on having a strong, healthy rotator cuff. This will help protect the shoulder joint, as well as the biceps tendon when youβre throwing! ππΌβ£
