Had the honor of presenting 3 posters at SAWC Spring 2026. This first one makes the case for use of a disposable multi-component system with dosage indicators (such as UrgoK2) for lymphedema patients in the early decongestive phase when there is volumetric instability, drainage from lymphorrhea or wounds, and dermatitis that may require use of topicals more frequently. We show significant reduction in midfoot, ankle, and calf circumference measurements with a single application over an average of 3.96 days. This gives lymphedema clinicians a great initial compression option over use of a reusable bandage set that may require laundering if soiled.
