Intercostal Nerve Cryoneurolysis of Left T3, T4, T5 & T6 ❄️❄️

37 year old female, presents with Persistent Post Surgical pain after 1st rib resection and pectoralis minor repair complicated by post surgical hematoma and lymph collection needing 2 more surgeries.

Intercostal Nerve Blocks with 0.5% ropivacaine + 10 mg of Dexamethasone gave up to a week of relief
Then Platelet rich plasma (PRP) perineurally provided 1 month of relief

Chest wall/intercostal nerves were accessed with 14 G angiocatheters BBraun
