Hey community! So excited to share that we have a new weekly class! Frequency & Flow is a restorative yoga practice infused with intentional sound healing. This class invites you to move slowly and settle your soul. This is a supportive space designed to encourage balance and help ground you for the week ahead.

🌱Starting this Sunday February 1st at 🌱

Because who doesn’t live for a good Sound Bath! 🥰Here’s a look at my time at 🌻Nourish the Block 🌻where I facilitated a grounding sound bath( my largest one to date😮😆) alongside with some yin yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ If any of y’all have attended our collaborative event, Harmonious Earth you already know we get down 😆🙌🏾

Happy 111✨✨✨This is my private studio and sessions are available 🌻

I’ve started teaching private yoga this year in this space and my first client has expressed how rejuvenating the sessions have been for them.
