⭐️ Reinforcement: increase future behaviors by providing reinforcement in the form of praise, breaks, rewards, etc
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️ Extinction: decrease challenging behavior by blocking, ignoring, and/or withholding reinforcement that previously maintained the behavior
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⭐️ Alternative Behaviors: teach a new, appropriate, alternative behavior that is socially significant to the individual
