We have a few important provider updates to announce.
-Dr. Wilson has already returned to his normal schedule and has made a
tremendous recovery. He is now able to perform at his usual level of care.
We’re delighted to have him back providing treatment.
-Dr. Kristen is no longer with the clinic. She was an outstanding
chiropractor and will be greatly missed. We wish her well in her future
endeavors.
-Joining us as an interim provider is Dr. Kevin Rosario. Dr. Rosario will be
with the clinic until he opens his practice in St. Petersburg in late March.
We’re pleased to welcome him and confident he will provide excellent care
during his time here.

Kevin Rosario, DC, is a sports-science–driven chiropractor specializing in
evidence-based musculoskeletal care, injury rehabilitation, and performance
optimization. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National
University of Health Sciences and holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science &
Rehabilitation, giving him a strong foundation in both clinical care and human
performance.
Dr. Rosario integrates chiropractic treatment with corrective exercise, functional
movement strategies, and active rehabilitation to help patients recover efficiently,
reduce injury risk, and optimize physical performance. Known for his clear
communication, collaborative approach, and results-oriented mindset, he
delivers patient-centered care in both individual clinical settings and
multidisciplinary team environments.
