Meet the Team: Christopher Rushing, MS, BCBA

Christopher Rushing is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Executive Director at Achieve Behavior Partners. Chris earned his Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida and is deeply inspired by the meaningful impact of ABA therapy.

He is passionate about supporting children and families, and finds the greatest reward in watching the kids he works with grow, gain confidence, and reach new milestones.

We’re proud to have Chris leading with dedication, experience, and heart. 💙🧩

Rather than focusing on how your autistic child is different from other children, practice acceptance. Enjoy your kid’s special quirks, celebrate small successes, and stop comparing your child to others. Feeling loved and accepted will help your child more than anything else.

Each child with autism spectrum disorder has different abilities. Children and adults with ASD may speak or interact with others. They may have good eye contact. They may be verbal or non-verbal. They may be very bright, of average intelligence or have cognitive deficits.
