Some ask if I am a musician because of photos like these. In person the experience speaks for itself but here is my answer below 👇
Sound healing is not about performing… it’s about feeling.
It’s the art of tapping into the energy of a room, sensing what’s present, and using vibration, frequency, and intention to uplift, balance, and transmute that energy.
It’s intuitive.
It’s energetic.
It’s deeply connected.
Now—this is different from being a skilled instrumentalist. 🎼
Playing music from written notes requires incredible discipline, fine motor skill, and training. It’s a beautiful craft that I deeply respect.
But sound healing?
It’s less about perfection… and more about presence.
Less about reading music… and more about reading energy.
Can someone be both? Absolutely.
And that’s a powerful combination.
For me, I honor the distinction.
I may not call myself a musician—but I am a sound healing practitioner, holding space for transformation through frequency and intention.
And at the end of the day…
It’s not about the title.
It’s about how people feel when they leave your space. 💫
