I remember being in that phase where I was doing everything “right”
The deep breathing
The meditations
The mental health walks
The red light therapy
The vibration plate
And still…
I felt like my world was on fire half the time
Like my body was rebelling against me
Like I had zero control over my mental state 😵💫
And that’s the part no one talks about.
Because nervous system regulation isn’t just about what you do in the moment…
It’s about what’s going on underneath
👉🏻 For a lot of the women I work with (and honestly, myself included), it’s never just one thing.
It’s a combination of:
1️⃣ Not fully understanding your emotional patterns, triggers, and the thought loops that keep you stuck in that anxious state
2️⃣ Internal imbalances that no one has actually taken the time to connect
(gut health, hormones, blood sugar, inflammation… the things that directly impact your brain and nervous system)
Because if even one of those is off…
You can do all the breathwork in the world
& still feel like you’re barely keeping your head above water
3️⃣ And not having the right support or guidance to actually connect the dots and know what your body needs next
Not just more tools…
but a clear why behind what you’re feeling 👏🏻
and a plan to actually move forward 👏🏻
