There is Resilience within Connections!

This month’s theme is Resilience in Connection! At the heart of resilience are relationships that foster belonging, offer support during adversity, and create the conditions for growth and well-being.

Whether in classrooms, families, or communities, connection plays a critical role in helping individuals navigate challenges, regulate emotions, and grow through adversity. When people feel supported and understood, they are better equipped to build resilience and thrive over time.

I've been involved with Resilience Across Borders for several months, and one important part of our mission ~ Resilience is teachable. Let’s make it accessible.

I’m so proud of the work we do at Resilience Across Borders.
● In 2024, we reached 500 students through the Resilience Builder Program – Universal, a classroom-based intervention that expands mental health accessibility for elementary students.
● This year, we are on track to reach 700+ kids and train 26 teachers, which empowers youth and transforms lives.
● We train teachers and aftercare coaches to deliver the resilience skills in 15 minute lessons, providing the curriculum, scripts, videos, and family newsletters.
● We are broadening our reach with our self-published teaching manual (available soon)!

The need is urgent: children deserve accessible support that builds resilience in everyday environments.

Join our Giving Tuesday Campaign!

Can you spare $25 today? Thanks to a generous matching donation your $25 turns into $50! Let's create some momentum for change!

Help us unlock this $20k match to expand to new schools and strengthen our communities.
