If I could teach today this is the mantra I would share. In praise of all the forms the divine mother and love reveals herself within. This is a day to be grateful, but also a day to heal, miss, and mourn. Namaste.

Grateful to chant this daily. The medicine mantra for Kali Yuga. For peace throughout the world. For purity of heart and mind. Imagine the leaves and the trees singing with you! It might have been a tough week but don’t let that silence the simple songs of joy.

A dear family friend passed away in NYC last night from Coronavirus. She was one of my mother’s best friends for over 50 years and like an Aunt to me. She had the biggest heart and laugh and loved GOD. My family is heartbroken and I send prayers to her family members who had to say goodbye by FaceTime. Thankfully a family member served as a nurse at the hospital who was able to hold her hand as she passed..

I am so so grateful for the ability to play music and sing mantra at this time as an offering to all. May we all go towards the light together. Ram.

Songs of Surrender. Singing this for you, for me, for us. I cried so much over losing Sattva house in 2018 when it was sold. In 2019 I cried over my brother Tommy who died and his Soul was free. In 2020 I cry tears of gratitude for the opportunity to sing and have so many friends who I think about so fully when I chant this now.
