Acupuncture is the intentional input of information into a living system.
The body is not just a collection of parts.
It is an organized network of communication.
Health depends on clear, coordinated signaling across the whole organism.
When that signaling becomes distorted, delayed, excessive, blocked, or poorly coordinated, symptoms begin to appear.
Pain, dysfunction, inflammation, and degeneration can all be understood as expressions of disordered communication within the system.
Acupuncture helps restore that communication.
But communication in the body is never static.
It is rhythmic.
The body lives through waves of activity: nerve signaling, blood flow, breath, muscle tone, hormonal cycles, inflammatory cascades, tissue repair, sleep-wake rhythms, and countless layers of adaptive timing.
