Join us for a special monthly class that combines the calming practice of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of Reiki. I am collecting non perishables for Seminole Heights Elementary School. They have a food pantry for students in need to receive a bag of food for the weekend and the pantry is running low.

Please drop off any donations at Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness. I will have a box on the porch for dropoffs during off hours, plus a box in the lobby.
You can also drop off donations directly at the school.
Thank you for helping to feed the neighborhood kids!
