How my client went from feeling exhuasted to training for a 48.6 mile race.
She was doing everything… and still not getting the results she expected.

Lately I’ve been diving deeper into my own health again running a fresh GI-MAP, updating my HTMA, and building out a targeted plan with supplements, nutrition, and simple lifestyle shifts that support where my body is right now.

And I’ll be honest… it feels so good to practice exactly what I encourage my clients to do.
Not perfection.
Not guessing.
Just clarity, intention, and support.

I’m also working with my own coach to dial in strategic gym programming and track my macros in a way that actually fits my life (and honors my energy). I always tell my clients: we aren’t meant to do this alone and I’m not either.

I share this because I never want to be the coach who preaches from the sidelines. I want to embody the work right alongside you.

If you’ve ever tried to hit a higher protein goal… you know the struggle is real. I’m currently aiming for around 140g a day, and some days it feels effortless… while other days I’m staring at my tracker like, “How am I still 40g short?” 😂
 
I’ve been testing out different protein options from Costco to help make the process a little easier. Some have been great while others are just ok. But having a mix of whole-food protein and grab-and-go options on hand really does help me stay consistent.
 
Protein is such a game-changer for steady energy, stable blood sugar, better workouts, and actually feeling full and satisfied.
