Wellness Rx Charitable Trust In the summer of 2020, we were supported by Peter Swords in setting up the Wellness Rx Charitable Trust as a non-profit entity.

Our mission is to provide immediate assistance to eligible community members for physical and mental healthcare, shelter, nutrition, or other humanitarian needs. We have received IRS approval to be able to give tax deductible receipts for your donations. Donations to this trust can not be used for medications, co-pays, OTC’s, or any other items that would benefit Wellness Rx. This fund can be used for many other needs of our community members such as:

Medical and non-medical services
Mental health counseling
Nutritional and natural health consultations
Massage therapy
Alternative wellness therapies such as acupuncture
Energy medicine such as Reiki
Services to assist with emergency housing, utilities, and food
